What is Valk Exclusief? What is the difference between Valk Exclusief and Valk.com?
Van der Valk consists of two groups. Valk Exclusief is the umbrella of 33 Van der Valk hotels & restaurants. Valk Exclusief has its own account system and own special deals.

Do I always get a discount when I book online with a ValkAccount?
You will only get a discount on regular room reservations, packages and prices. Should a room, reservation or price already have a discount, the ValkLoyal discount will not apply.
Do the ValkLoyal advantages apply to all the Van der Valk hotels & restaurants?
Only the participating hotels offer the Valk Loyal advantages. For an overview click here, please.
How can I make use of the ValkLoyal advantages?
When you check out you will be handed a ValkLoyal flyer to fill in. When you visit us again you can bring along your flyer and hand it in at one of the participating hotels.You will then be able to make use of the advantages.
Should I become a ValkLoyal member in order to be part of it?
No, you only need to create a ValkAccount. If you then book a stay at one of our hotels, you will be able to make use of the advantages. You can create an account on this website. With this account you can log in to all our hotel sites.
Am I dependent on this website in terms of bookings?
No, you can make a booking on the websites of the participating hotels, with your ValkAccount. However, you can make a direct booking at our hotels on this website.
